Silk, Steven B. 
Over the last 25 years, Steve Silk has developed a track record of creating successful marketing programs that strengthen brands and gain market control. As Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for guiding all operating activities, including financial results, strategic vision, brand building, organization alignment and development. During his tenure at Chef Solutions, he has been accountable for operations in the U.S. and Mexico with oversight for 1,500 employees in all functional areas. Prior to joining Chef Solutions in 2003, Steve was President of the Refrigerated Foods, Consumer Products group at ConAgra Foods.
